　　Chinese people have worshipped Mount Tai since ancient times, and there is a saying that “If Mount Tai is stable, so is the entire country.“Emperors and monarchs of the past dynasties mostly carried out rituals and sacrifices in Mount Tai, and left many food allusions, such as the Mount Tai Fengshan Sacrifices Royal Banquet.It was a sumptuous feast heldby the emperors at a time when the world was peaceful, the government and people were harmonious, and the grains were abundant.

　　中国人自古崇拜泰山，有“泰山安，四海皆安”的说法。历代帝王君主多在泰山进行封禅和祭祀，并留下许多美食典故，如泰山封禅御宴。它是历代帝王在天下太平、政通人和、五谷丰登之时，来泰山举行封禅大典活动中所匹配的丰盛大宴。

　　In 2016, the banquet was selected as a representative project of Shandong provincial intangible cultural heritage, featuring a long history, rich cultural deposits, exquisite cooking skills and a wide variety of dishes. The banquet is mainly based on Shandong cuisine, absorbing classic food cultures from all over the country.On behalf of imperial chefs’ elaborate care, the cuisine has been given its unique flavor and taste, with Taishan as a brand and regional characteristic.

　　泰山封禅御宴项目于2016年入选山东省级非物质文化遗产代表性项目名录，具有历史传承悠久、文化积淀丰厚、烹饪技艺精湛、菜肴品质繁多等特点。泰山封禅御宴，以鲁菜系为主，吸收兼容全国各地的饮食文化经典。经历代御厨的精心研磨，形成了以泰山为品牌的独特风味和品格，带有浓郁的泰山地域特色。

　　Noble and elegant, easy on the eye, the food is also nutritional and beneficial to health at the same time. There are 48 sets of banquet menus, including Manchu-Han Banquet, Emperor Qin Banquet, Kangxi Banquet, Qianlong Banquet, Empress Cixi Banquet , Xiang Fei Banquet , etc.There are 1218exquisite dishes such as: Three Beauties of Taishan, Lingzhi Chicken, Tofu Treasure Box, Crispy Sesame Dates, Pomegranate Tofu, and Cixi Fish Ball Soup.

　　它高贵典雅，赏心悦目，膳食科学合理，营养搭配得当，极富养生之道。泰山封禅御宴现有宴会菜单48套，有满汉全席宴、秦始皇封禅宴、康熙宴、乾隆宴、慈禧太后宴、香妃宴等。精致菜品1218个，经典菜品如：泰山三美、泰山灵芝鸡、开箱取宝、酥香麻枣、石榴豆腐、慈禧上汤鱼丸等。

　　Mount Tai Fengshan Sacrifices Royal Banquet is a treasure of Taishan culture and has a high research value, as it is an indispensable material for studying the culture of the spirituals and the food within the palace hierarchy.The dishes focus on health-nurturing practices, integrating the use of vegetarian food and medicinal diets. The diets are properly matched and scientifically reasonable.

　　泰山封禅御宴既是泰山文化的瑰宝，也是中华民族饮食文化的重要组成部分，是研究我国封禅文化和宫廷饮食文化不可或缺重要资料，具有很高的文化研究价值。
