这道菜具体做法是将海虾去头去壳,清理掉虾线,用刀拍成虾胶后,填充到去除内脏的鲜海参中,上锅蒸熟后再切成小段,装盘备用。新鲜西洋参洗净切成小块,下锅勾芡后给已装盘的海参段浇汁,一道美味可口的西洋参春虾酿海参就做好啦。
