这里是山东半岛日出最早的地方，当第一缕晨光穿越湖上的薄雾，荣成大天鹅国家级自然保护区巡视员刘志斌师傅便开始了一天的巡视。

　　保护天鹅，这是刘志斌夫妇最朴素的愿望。大天鹅的寿命可达二十年，它们对于生存环境极其挑剔，环境怎么样，鸟儿最知道。自保护区成立以来，威海投入了大量的人力物力财力进行生态修复，通过积极的环境管理来恢复和维持生态平衡。

　　在宁静的水面上，一群群天鹅或游弋或觅食，构成了一幅生动的“海上山东”自然画卷。湖面如镜，偶尔被轻轻掠过的水波搅动，带起层层细腻的涟漪。对于刘志斌夫妇来说，湖中天鹅所散发的生机与美丽，便是他们心头最深的喜悦。荣成的天鹅，逐渐成为“这个冬天去山东看海”的必打卡理由，也体现整个山东半岛对迁徙物种的好客之道。在这幅人与鸟类和谐共生的画卷中，我们看到的不仅是保护和守候，更是一份责任与使命。

　　Here is the place in the Shandong Peninsula where the sun rises the earliest. When the first ray of morning light pierces through the mist over the lake, Liu Zhibin, a ranger of the Rongcheng Swan National Nature Reserve, begins his daily inspection.

　　Protecting swans is the simplestwish of Liu Zhibin and his wife. The lifespan of whooper swans can reach twenty years, and they are extremely picky about their living environment. Birds understand ecology best. Since the establishment of the reserve, Weihai has invested a lot of manpower, material resources, and financial resources in ecological restoration, and maintained ecological balance through active environmental management.

　　On the tranquil water surface, groups of swans either swim or forage, forming a vivid “Shandong on the Sea“ natural scroll. The lake surface is like a mirror, occasionally disturbed by gently passing water waves, bringing up layers of delicate ripples. For Liu Zhibin and his wife, the vitality and beauty of the swans in the lake is their deepest joy. The swans in Rongcheng have gradually become a must-visit place for “going to Shandong to see the sea in this winter,“ and also reflect the hospitality of the entire Shandong Peninsula towards migratory species. In this scroll of harmonious coexistence between man and birds, what we see is not only protection and guardianship, but also a responsibility and mission.
