He introduced to the reporter that the project will build two 450000 ton galvanized aluminum magnesium production lines, two 150000 ton high-strength steel production lines, one 1.2 million ton acid continuous rolling production line, and supporting facilities such as a research and development center, testing center, and waste acid regeneration facility in the factory area. After the completion of the project, a production scale of 900000 tons of galvanized aluminum magnesium new materials and 300000 tons of high-strength steel with a thickness of 0.2 mm to 4.5 mm and a width coverage of 900 mm to 1250 mm will be formed, which can achieve an annual sales revenue of 6.4 billion yuan and an annual profit and tax of 260 million yuan.

It is currently internationally recognized as an environmentally friendly product. "Hu Boxun said that compared with traditional hot-dip galvanized steel plates, hot-dip galvanized aluminum magnesium steel plates have excellent resistance to flat and cut corrosion, good processability, high surface hardness, good friction resistance, excellent welding performance, and painting performance. Among them, the corrosion resistance is 5 to 10 times that of galvanized products. Zinc aluminum magnesium coating products can be widely used in industries such as photothermal, photovoltaic, animal husbandry, high corrosion resistant color coated plates for construction, home appliances, and automotive structural components. They are gradually replacing hot-dip galvanized products with thick specifications and thick galvanized layers, as well as some stainless steel products.
