人才引领创新，开放赋能发展。10月27日-29日，第三届山东人才创新发展大会暨第十三届“海洽会”举行。海内外知名院士专家齐聚山东济南，共享全球智慧。山东科技大学教授纳赛尔·戈尔萨纳米（Naser Golsanami）在山东已工作、生活十年之久，对山东人才合作与发展环境赞叹不已。

　　Talents lead innovation, Openness Empowers Development. From October 27th to 29th, the 3rd Shandong Talents Innovation and Development Fair and the 13th China Shandong Domestic and Overseas High-end Talents Exchange and Projects Negotiation Fair was held. Renowned academicians and experts from home and abroad gathered in Jinan, Shandong, to share global wisdom. Professor Naser Golsanami from Shandong University of Science and Technology has been living and working in Shandong for 10 years, he expressed his admiration for the talent cooperation and development environment in Shandong.

　　“Dual Approach! My Research Focuses on Natural Resource Development in Shandong”

　　纳赛尔教授进行的研究是关于自然资源的高效开发和生产，尤其是像石油、天然气这样的资源。他提到，山东省是中国自然资源非常丰富的省份之一，无论是地下的石油和天然气资源，还是煤矿和煤炭资源都较为丰富。他们目前的项目和研究工作与山东省十分适配。

　　Professor Naser’s research focuses on the efficient development and production of natural resources, particularly those like oil and natural gas. He mentioned that Shandong Province is one of the provinces in China with very rich natural resources, both in terms of underground oil and natural gas resources and coal and mineral resources. Their current projects and research work are highly compatible with Shandong Province.

　　“Rapidly Changing! My Ten Years in Shandong Witnessing Tremendous Transformations in All Aspects”

　　纳赛尔教授提到，至少在他来到山东的这十年里，他们见证了所有政策、所有项目、所有平台的巨大变化，这些都是由中国方面，也就是全国以及山东省在持续推进的。最重要的一点是，这些变化正在取得进展，而且进展的速度是相当快的。

　　Professor Naser mentioned that in the decade since he arrived in Shandong, they have witnessed tremendous changes in all policies, all projects, and all platforms, which are continuously being advanced by the Chinese side, both at the national and provincial levels. The most important point is that these changes are making progressat a good speed.

　　“优势多多！山东人才合作与发展机遇遍地开花”

　　“Shandong is Brimming with Talent Cooperation and Growing Opportunities”

　　纳赛尔教授认为山东省最重要的优势在于政府与人才之间的协同合作，这是一种非常紧密且有效的合作，无论是外国人才、国际人才还是中国人才，都与政府之间有着非常好的合作。负责人才项目的政府部门和在山东工作的人才的良好合作极大地提高了人才培养效率。其次，他认为山东省有着日益增多的机会，年复一年，越来越多的项目、支持、平台、政策甚至相关法律也正为人才培养而制定。山东省的这两点优势很好地鼓励了外国人才在山东发展并开启他们未来的职业生涯。

　　Professor Naser believes that the most important advantage of Shandong Province lies in the collaborative cooperation between the government and talents, which is a very close and effective partnership, whether it involves foreign talents, international talents, or Chinese talents, all of whom have very good cooperation with the government. The good cooperation between government departments responsible for talent projects and the talents working in Shandong has greatly improved the efficiency of talent cultivation. Secondly, he believes that Shandong Province has increasingly more opportunities. Year after year, more projects, support, platforms, policies, and even relevant laws are being formulated for talent cultivation. These two advantages of Shandong Province effectively encourage foreign talents to develop and start their future careers in Shandong.

　　谈到参加此次大会的收获和期待，纳赛尔教授表示，此次大会是一个非常盛大的活动。院士专家们聚集在一起，对于推动跨学科合作和跨学科研究或科学工作有着非常重要的影响。二是山东省已经建立了许多的平台，许多的项目，即便他已经在山东生活了10年，参与了不同的人才项目，今天的会议之后，他仍然感到自己了解、学习的还不够多。他非常期待对当前政策、当前平台、当前机会有更加深入的了解。

　　Discussing the gains and expectations from attending this conference, Professor Naser stated that the event is a grand one. The gathering of academicians and experts has a very important impact on promoting interdisciplinary cooperation and research or scientific work. Second, Shandong Province has already established many platforms and projects. Even though he has lived in Shandong for 10 years and participated in various talent programs, he still feels that he has not learned enough after thisconference. He is very much looking forward to gaining a deeper understanding of the current policies, platforms, and opportunities.
