　　“这是我第一次包饺子，皮要擀圆，馅要放匀......”2月13日，山东中医药大学国际教育学院中医药文化体验室内，来自摩洛哥的留学生苏含正认真地向老师学习包饺子的技巧。当天，“丙午迎春·岐黄贺岁”留学生春节文化体验活动在这里举行，来自世界各地的留学生们在浓浓年味中感受中华传统文化的独特魅力。

　　活动现场，留学生们分组体验包水饺、写春联、剪窗花、投壶等传统年俗。在春联书写区，摩洛哥留学生陈曼在书法家指导下，写下“马跃春风暖，中医润心田”的中医药特色对联。“我觉得春节的‘团圆’和中医药的‘守护健康’，都是在传递爱和温暖。”她说。来自也门的慕寒展示着自己剪的“福”字窗花：“春节让我感受到家的温暖。我想把这份美好带回国。”

　　“此次活动以中医药文化为纽带，将传统年俗与专业特色深度融合，通过趣味互动、文化展示等形式，帮助国际学生直观地感受中国春节的独特魅力。”山东中医药大学国际教育学院副院长陈战表示。

　　热气腾腾的饺子出锅时，留学生们纷纷拍照留念。这场沉浸式文化体验，让留学生们在动手实践中读懂中国春节背后的团圆寓意与文化传承，更在中医药特色活动中，深化了对中华文化的理解与认同。

　　“This is my first time making dumplings—rolling the dough into circles, evenly distributing the filling...” On February 13, SOUHAIL IBTIHAL, a Moroccan student at International Education College of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, carefully learned dumpling-making techniques from her instructor. The event “Year of the Horse Welcomes Spring · TCM Greets the New Year: International Students Experiencing Spring Festival Culture” was held in the university’s TCM Culture Experience Room, where students from around the world immersed themselves in traditional Chinese New Year customs and the unique charm of Chinese culture.

　　At the event, international students participated in groups to experience activities such as making dumplings, writing Spring Festival couplets, cutting paper art, and playing traditional archery game“Touhu”. In the calligraphy area, SOUHAIL CHAIMAA, an Moroccan student, wrote the TCM-themed couplet “Horses prance in the warm spring breeze, TCM soothes hearts with ease” under the guidance of a professional calligrapher. “I believe that the Spring Festival’s emphasis on family reunion and TCM’s focus on health both convey love and warmth,” she said. Meanwhile, MOHAMMED, a Yemeni student, proudly displayed his paper-cut “Fu” character (symbolizing good fortune), sharing, “The Spring Festival makes me feel the warmth of home. I want to bring this joy back to Yemen.”

　　“This event integrates TCM culture with traditional Spring Festival customs through interactive activities and cultural exhibitions, helping international students directly experience the unique charm of Chinese New Year.” explained Chen Zhan, Vice Dean of the International Education College of SDUTCM.

　　When the dumplings were finally served steaming hot, students eagerly took photos to commemorate the moment. This immersive cultural experience allowed participants to understand the symbolism of reunion behind the Spring Festival and its cultural heritage through hands-on practice. More importantly, through TCM-themed activities, they gained a deeper appreciation and recognition of Chinese culture.
